The People
Art Balikin
Corporate consultant and investor with 20 years of expertise in corporate finance and capital markets. An expert in taking companies public through Reverse Takeovers (RTOs) and small cap IPOs, with extensive experience on Nasdaq, NYSE, and CSE. He has invested in and guided over 100 successful transactions with a combined market capitalisation of over $10B and more than $500M in equity financing. Most active in the Nuclear (SMR), Biotech, AI robotics, and Junior mining exploration space.
Since May 2023, Mr. Balikin has served as CFO of Goldcana Resources Inc. (CSE: GC). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of British Columbia.
